The mandate of Pacific Rim Appraisals Ltd., is to be the number one company in meeting the appraisal needs of Vancouver Island including Nanaimo, Shawnigan Lake to Port Hardy including the West Coast, Tofino, Ucluelet and the Gulf Islands. Insurance only and large ICI appraisals are completed in Victoria. We aim to fulfill this purpose by providing an excellence of service based on knowledge, effort and integrity.

MANAGEMENT
The firm is managed by Victor E. Sweett, ABA, RI(BC), AACI, P.APP with 33 years experience who has an associate degree in Business Administration, is an AACI (Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada) and holds the designation of RI(BC) with the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia.

Each appraiser carries Professional Liability Insurance coverage in the amounts of $2,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
